Master's degree in Polymer Materials from Zhejiang University. Served as Chief Engineer at a large domestic brand enterprise. Has long been in charge of technology research and development, won the first prize in the first paper competition of the China Metal Structure Association, was invited as an expert by the Architectural Windows and Doors Committee, and was a drafter of the national standards for windows and doors. Led the acquisition of ACS certification, Australian certification, WRC-NSF certification, and WARS certification for internal pipes. Possesses systematic theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience in rubber formulation technology.
